The ingredients are :
1 medium cucumber
500 gr bulgarian yoghurt
2-3 cloves of garlic
200-300 ml water
1/4 fennel
1 spoon salt
50 gr walnuts
Mix the water and the yogurt into a big bowl.dice the cucumber and add to the water and yoghurt.Chop up and add the garlic,fennel and walnuts.A pinch of salt and leave in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.After that serve into a bowl and enjoy.
